Sales support

The area of sales support for Arete is broad and covers the more practical aspect of the company's ambition, i.e. implementing the strategy and "walk-the-talk". We try to support rather than front and use our experience in complex sales as well as Key Account Management. Sales support can also involve helping to develop a business plan, sales coaching and reviewing existing strategies etc.

Project management

Getting the work done on time and on budget and making sure all stakeholders are informed are some of the more important tasks of a project management assignment. Usually Arete assists in projects owned by the company's marketing department, however, often this involves infrastructure construction but can also be to manage the implementation of a marketing project such as a customer segmentation project. Project management is a natural and integral part of business development and sales support.
